Brief Project Description: RoofTech have been awarded the contract to replace the old asbestos-cement roof covering using Steadmans AS35 120mm thick composite panels. This will provide a new guaranteed roof covering with a thermal performance to comply with current Building Regulations (Part L2B). The new roof covering will incorporate triple skin factory assembled translucent panels to provide natural daylight and all gutters will be refurbished using a Plygene Gutterline system.
