RoofTech have been awarded the contract to replace the old asbestos-cement roof covering using a new double skin colour coated steel system which will include non-combustible quilt insulation to comply with Building Regulations. The internal environment will be transformed with the new white internal lining panels and new rooflight layout. The guttering will be lined using an EPDM based system in conjunction with the roofing works.
