Project Description: RoofTech have successfully replaced the original asbestos-cement profile sheeting and plasterboard lining with a new Gemello built-up coated steel roofing system complete with double skin rooflights. This twin skin design includes non-combustible quilt insulation to meet current Building Regulations. Other works include the installation of coated steel external eaves gutters, single ply membrane laminated steel valley gutter liners and a roof mounted safety line system to allow future access for maintenance.
