Project Description: RoofTech have recently stripped the existing pitched roof covering comprising single-skin asbestos-cement sheeting and replaced with a new Kingspan Quadcore insulated panel sheeting system. This new roofing comprises 100mm thick QuadCore rigid insulation which is LPC-B approved, affirming their compliance with stringent fire safety standards. Other works included the installation of a high performance gutter lining system manufactured from 1.2mm thick PVC membrane. This waterproofing solution is specifically designed to re-line existing gutters offering them protection and longevity.
