RoofTech have recently completed a roof oversheeting project in Eastbourne comprising two industrial Units of approximately 1800m2. This profiled coated steel sheeting including non-combustible quilt insulation will reduce heat loss and meet current Building Regulation. The glass reinforced plastic (GRP) rooflights will allow natural light into the building reducing the need for artificial lighting thus reducing the carbon footprint.
The shared valley gutter was suffering severe water ingress, therefore the roof oversheeting project provided the perfect opportunity to re-design & improve the drainage performance with the help of a new gutter liner. This will will increase the water capacity & alleviate further issues to the roofing system.
