The 6500m2 roof to this Warehouse in Southall has been completely transformed. Works included replacement of the top skin of steel sheeting with the inclusion of thicker non-combustible insulation to bring the roof up to current Building Regulations. Other works included new single ply membrane laminated steel gutter liners to increase the overall girth and drainage capacity. Future safe access has been provided with the installation of non-slip walkways and permanent handrails. Finally, over 600 solar PV panels have been installed to provide our customer with over 240,000kWh of electricity per year.
