Problem
Failed welsh slate roof with close boarding and timber purlins.
Solution
Removal of the existing roof coverings and timber purlins replacing with galvanised steel zed purlins and 80mm thick Loss Prevention Council Approved composite panel sheeting.
The existing timber access walkway within the roof void was replaced with an open mesh galvanised steel walkway to conform with current Building Regulations.
