RoofTech have successfully completed the replacement of an asbestos cement roof using Kingspan composite panels for a local council in London. This provided a new guaranteed roof covering whilst upgrading the thermal and fire performance in compliance with Building Regulations. The internal environment was transformed with the new Kingspan white internal lining and new rooflight layout within programme ready for the new tenant to move in shortly afterwards. The guttering and insulated lining were replaced in conjunction with the new roof whilst areas of wall cladding and flat roofing repairs were undertaken as requested by the client.
