Brief Project Description: RoofTech have now completed the contract to over-sheet the original asbestos-cement pitched roof using new colour coated steel sheeting including non-combustible quilt insulation to reduce heat loss and meet current Building Regulations (Part L2B – 2022). Other works included new GRP translucent panels to provide natural daylight and a single ply membrane based valley gutter lining system.
