RoofTech have recently secured a refurbishment project for a knitwear company in Burgess Hill. Our client has decided to choose RoofTech to undertake this project following a previously successful project undertaken in 2011.
The new project consists of the safe removal and disposal of the existing asbestos cement roof sheeting, installation of new Kingspan KS1000RW composite panels incorporating GRP rooflights providing natural daylight, eaves gutter replacement and valley gutter lining.
In addition, the existing vertical is to be overclad with new spacer bar system and single skin steel sheets along with all weathering flashings to window/door openings.
The project is due to commence in early December 2014 and will be completed in the early part of 2015.
