RoofTech have recently successfully completed a major refurbishment project in Twickenham.
The project consisted of installing a flat-to-pitch conversion to 3 flat roofs comprising a new lightweight galvanised frame, glassfibre quilt insulation, single skin coated steel roof sheets and all finishing flashings including new soffit and gutter details.
To the smaller flat roofs adjoining each of the 2 larger blocks, RoofTech stripped the existing asphalt coverings and installed a new flat roof system comprising rigid insulation boards and Protan PVC single ply membrane.
