Approximate project value – £103,000.00
Rough scope of works – Installation of new Kingspan KS1000RW composite sheeting to meet building regulations (including provision of factory assembled insulated rooflights) and new metal eaves and valley guttering.
Roof cleaning and inspection in Alton, Hampshire
Approximate project value – £5,600.00
Rough scope of works – cleaning of existing single ply roofs followed by an inspection and marking of any defects along with a written report.
Roof repairs in Havant, Hampshire
Approximate project value – £4,850.00
Rough scope of works – Repairing leaks in existing roof including installation of new pipe flashings complete with backplate flashings in accordance with good roofing practice, gutter leak repair and smoke vent inspection.
