Rough scope of works – removal and safe disposal of the existing asbestos-cement coverings, installation of new Kingspan KS1000RW composite sheeting to meet current building regulations and lining of eaves and valley gutters using HD Sharman Plygene Gutterline system.
Roof and Gutter Refurbishment in Swindon
Approximate project value – £25,000.00
Rough scope of works – Oversheeting existing roof coverings utilising lightweight spacer bracket and bar system, new quilt insulation to reduce the U value in line with current building regulations and installation of new single skin profiled metal sheet. Removal and safe disposal of existing asbestos guttering followed by installation of new metal external gutter, hung from the new roof sheets.

Rough scope of works – Oversheeting existing roof coverings utilising lightweight spacer bracket and bar system, new quilt insulation and installation of new single skin profiled metal sheet.
