Back on August 12th 2013, we brought you news of a complex project that we had secured on a resin plant in Mitcham, Surrey.
The asbestos-cement roof has now been replaced with new Kingspan KS1000RW composite panels and Filon factory assembled insulated rooflights. The safety line has also been fitted to the roof providing safe access for futture maintenance.
The northlight glazing has been replaced and the new gutters installed.
All that remains to complete the project is some vertical cladding and painting.
