Office Area Roof Overlay

RoofTech have been employed by a global adhesive tape manufacturer to overlay a flat roof to their office areas in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

RoofTech will be providing scaffold access and edge protection, all in accordance with current Health and Safety guidelines, providing safe access to the working area. The scaffolding will be erected enabling safe access to existing fire escape routes and personnel doorways.

The existing roof surface will be prepared as necessary ready to receive the new roof coverings. Protan high performance PVC based single ply membrane will then be mechanically fastened to the total roof area of just over 500m2.

All necessary upstand details, junctions and rainwater outlets will be installed as required to qualify for the guarantee. The roof will be finished by installing Protan GT slip resistant walkway to match the existing layout and provide safe access to plantroom doorways.
