Roof Sheet Refurbishment
The large colour coated steel pitched roof to our customer’s distribution centre in Surrey was suffering from end lap delamination and rust corrosion, which would eventually lead to water ingress and complete perforation of the steel material.
RoofTech were contracted to apply a high performance Seamsil treatment from Giromax, which is covered by a 10 year guarantee.
Approximately 1,700 linear metres of laps and details were sealed within 2 weeks.
