RoofTech have successfully completed the replacement of an asbestos-cement roof in Chichester.
The project involved disposing of the existing Chrysotile asbestos roof sheeting in accordance with current regulations, fitting a new roof covering using 115mm thick Kingspan KS1000RW insulated composite panels, forming seals at ridge, eaves and verge details using site measured steel flashings and renewal of the existing guttering.
RoofTech were appointed to carry out these works directly for Chichester District Council following their formal tendering process.
