Felt Roofing – Crawley

Our client had a large low pitched roof area comprising a mixture of built-up felt and twin-skin steel coverings which was in need of refurbishment. The requirement was to upgrade the thermal performance whilst providing a single manufacturer’s warranty.

RoofTech’s solution was an overlay system which required the preparation of both the existing felt and steel surfaces followed by the installation of a high performance insulated felt system, upgrading the thermal performance of the building in compliance with Building Regulations, complete with a 20 year warranty.
