‘Flats’-to-Pitch Converted

Earlier this year we completed flat-to-pitch conversions (approx. 4000m2) to 9no. blocks of flats in North West London, involving the installation of purpose designed lightweight galvanised steel framework, granular coated steel tile-effect roof covering, new fascia/soffits and external rainwater goods. The benefits of this system included enhancing the aesthetic appearance, weather performance, thermal performance and creating external drainage to each block of flats. We’re also planning to return and complete the final block early 2013.
