Wimbledon Warehouse Oversheet – 4,700m2

RoofTech have successfully completed, ahead of schedule, an oversheet of an existing twin-skin steel pitched roof using single skin coated steel sheeting, spacer bar system, and insulation to acheive Building regulations. The original outer skin rooflights were replaced and liners cleaned prior to oversheeting which drastically improved the natural lighting levels within the warehouse. Additionally the existing gutters/downpipes were replaced and original ventilator units reincorporated complete with liner flashings.
